Speech therapy services are available to students in preschool through high school. Speech Pathologists service students enrolled in regular classes, resource classes, combination classes and self-contained classes. Any child meeting the eligibility criteria for Speech or Language Impairment, according to Bulletin 1508, the Louisiana Pupil Appraisal Handbook, may receive speech and/or language therapy. The LPPS Speech Pathologist are implementing the Supplemental Service Delivery model for the 2008-2009 school year.
